Опа! Решил попробовать версию v2.11.
Запускаю. И...
"Точка входа в процедуру GetDpiForWindows не найдена в библиотеке DLL user32.dll"

Версия v2.10 (и все другие) запускается без проблем и уведомлений. v2.11 не хочет.

У меня W7 x64. Такое ощущение (судя по GetDpiForWindows), что она перестала поддерживаться (хотя вроде такого не заявлено)...

Как сделать, чтобы при наведении мыши на иконку появлялось название запускаемой программы? А еще лучше, чтобы иконки были с названиями ярлыков (как в FSL Launcher).
А не куча всяких записей (тут они ни к чему) - Размещение, Параметры, Описание.
В других подобных утилитах такое есть. Даже нзвание под иконкой отображается.
